The Premium Signature Crate Gift is a larger, display-style baby gift designed to feel special, thoughtful, and ready to present.
This option is arranged as a styled crate display, with baby clothing hung as part of the presentation and themed details placed throughout the gift.
Each crate is curated around your chosen theme, colour palette, or meaningful detail, creating a more visual and personalized gift experience for baby showers, welcome baby gifts, and keepsake-style presents.
This option is created using only brand-new items and includes a premium keepsake plush or specialty stuffed animal. Plush selections may include brands such as Jellycat, cuddle+kind, Maileg, Moulin Roty, or similar, depending on Canadian availability, theme, and timeline.
Final pricing may increase depending on item availability, theme complexity, selected brands, premium plush selection, specialty book requests, rush timing, delivery needs, or specific items you would like included.

The 5 hanging clothing pieces may include bodysuits, shirts, rompers, sweaters, tops, or similar baby clothing items depending on size, season, theme, and availability. Longer pieces are generally avoided so the crate display stays balanced and easy to present. All clothing included in this option is purchased brand-new.
Each crate includes one additional brand-new bodysuit tied on the front as part of the presentation.
Each crate includes a patterned diaper pack, usually from The Honest Company, chosen to coordinate with the theme when available. Since diaper patterns vary by size, I’ll choose the best fit based on the preferred diaper size, the child’s needs, and the overall theme. If you have a preferred diaper brand, you’re welcome to include it in your request and I’ll do my best to accommodate it.
Each crate includes 1–2 brand-new board books. The number of books depends on the theme, the size of the books, and how much space is needed for the other items in the crate. Some themes work best with two smaller books, while others may include one larger book with an additional themed item instead.
Each Premium Signature Crate includes one premium keepsake plush or specialty stuffed animal selected to coordinate with the theme. Plush selections may include brands such as Jellycat, cuddle+kind, Maileg, Moulin Roty, or similar, depending on Canadian availability, timeline, and the final quote.
Each crate also includes one brand-new small themed extra, such as:

- Socks
- Bath toy
- Teether
- Rattle
- Soft book
- Small baby toy
Specific requests are welcome. If you have a particular small extra in mind, you can include it in your request and I’ll do my best to incorporate it!
Exact items may vary, but every Premium Signature Crate is created using only brand-new items and styled to feel cohesive, thoughtful, and gift-ready.
Ordering, Timeline & Payment
Each gift is personally curated and requires sourcing specific items to match your theme. For this reason, please allow at least 14 days for gift completion whenever possible.
Orders needed in less than 14 days are considered rush orders and may be available for a $30 rush fee, depending on timing, theme, and item availability.
After you submit your request, I’ll follow up by email within 24–48 hours with your quote, timeline, and next steps.
Once your gift is confirmed, full payment is completed through a secure Shopify invoice before sourcing begins. Payment is required before any items are purchased or styling begins.
Final pricing may vary depending on item availability, selected add-ons, rush timing, delivery needs, premium requests, or specific items you would like included.
Pickup, Delivery & Balloon Add-Ons
Pickup
Local pickup is available and will be arranged once your gift is confirmed.
Pickup is currently offered from the Elora / Fergus area. You can view the general pickup area here
The exact pickup address will be shared after your quote is confirmed and payment has been completed.
Delivery
Premium Signature crate gifts include free local delivery within 25 km when timing allows.
Balloon Add-On
One helium balloon addition is available for local pickup orders at no additional charge when timing allows. Since helium balloons are time-sensitive, pickup as close to the arranged time as possible is recommended. Float time of balloons after pickup cannot be guaranteed.
All pickup, delivery, and timing details will be discussed and confirmed before your gift is finalized, to best suit your personal needs.
Gift Care Kit
Each Premium Signature Curated Crate Gift includes a small Gift Care Kit to help keep the display looking its best after pickup or delivery.
Your kit includes a printed reference photo of the finished crate, two extra hangers, extra ribbon, and any small styling pieces that may help with gentle adjustments.
If anything shifts during transport, the reference photo and included extras can help you restyle the crate as closely as possible to the original display before giving it.
Custom Order & Refund Policy
Each gift is custom-curated and sourced specifically for your order.
Once sourcing has begun, refunds are not available. Items may be purchased, reserved, or selected specifically for your chosen theme, colour palette, size, timeline, and gift details.
A preview photo will be sent before pickup when requested. If there is an issue, I’ll do my best to make small adjustments before pickup where timing and availability allow.
