Refund policy

Little Laine Gifting creates custom, quote-based baby gifts. Each gift is curated individually based on the selected gift style, theme, colour palette, sizing details, timeline, item availability, and final approved quote.

Submitting an inquiry form does not confirm an order. Orders are confirmed only once the final quote, timeline, and gift details are approved and payment has been completed through a secure Shopify invoice.

Full payment is required before sourcing begins. Once sourcing has started, refunds are not available, as items may be purchased, reserved, selected, or styled specifically for your custom gift.
