How It Works
Each gift is custom-curated, so the ordering process is a little different from a regular checkout. Every gift begins with a request, then I review the details and create a quote based on the gift style, theme, timeline, and items needed.
1. Choose your gift style
Browse the available gift options and choose the style that feels like the best fit.
Mini baskets are smaller custom gifts, while Signature crates are larger display-style gifts with hanging clothing pieces and themed details.
Some options are created as a Curated Mix, meaning they may include both new items and carefully selected excellent-condition consignment pieces. Other options are made using only brand-new items. Each listing will explain which style it is.
2. Submit your gift request
Use the form linked to the ‘Start Your Gift’ button on your selected gift choice. Here you can share the details for your gift, including the theme, colour palette, clothing size, diaper size, timeline, pickup or delivery preference, and any special requests.
You do not need to have every detail figured out. A general idea is enough to start.
3. Sourcing and Curation Timeline
Please allow at least 14 days whenever possible.
Each gift is personally curated and may require time to source specific items that match your theme, colour palette, size, and gift style.
Orders needed in less than 14 days are considered rush orders and may be available for a $30 rush fee, depending on timing, theme, and item availability.
4. Receive your quote
After your request is submitted, I’ll review the details and follow up by email within 24–48 hours with your quote, timeline, and next steps.
Final pricing may vary depending on the gift style, theme, item availability, clothing size, selected brands, rush timing, and any specific requests.
5. Confirm and pay
Once your gift is confirmed, payment is completed through a secure Shopify invoice.
Full payment is required before sourcing begins, since each gift is curated specifically for your order.
6. Sourcing and styling begin
After payment is complete, I’ll begin sourcing, selecting, and styling the pieces for your gift.
Exact items may vary depending on availability, size, season, theme, and final quote, but every gift is created to feel cohesive, thoughtful, and ready to give.
7. Preview, pickup or delivery
A preview photo will be sent before pickup or delivery when requested.
Pickup and delivery details will be confirmed once your gift is ready. Local pickup is available from the Elora / Fergus area, and local delivery may be available within 25 km, depending on the gift style, timing, and location.
